  • Tanner Wells is our seasonal this year and he is taking history to the campground
  • Camp Store paper work is still being worked on
  • Cabin needs repairs and lighting inside, Boards rotting under porch and on sides of cabin, Chimney is leaking – possible fix is epoxy, would like to replace fence with classic Virginia Rail (zig-zag) style fence.

Elections of Officers:
Wilhelmina moved to keep officers in their current positions for another elected year

Crockett Days:

  • Friends will get the porta jons
  • Chad has happily agreed to help with this years CD

  • Food vendors include Creamy Cup and Ella & John Price  and two shaved ice vendors.
  • We are currently asking for suttlers
  • Bill wonders if we should do another quiz this year and if anyone wants to volunteer to create one.
  • Heather suggests a welcome packet for visitors and campsite with possible cheap freebie inside
